While there’s no cure for being human, our work will help you deepen your connection to yourself to get to the root of symptoms such as chronic anxiety, perfectionism, and relational instability so you can show up more fully (and authentically) in your life.

Hey, I’m Erin

I'm a therapist based in LA, working with clients across California, and I’m on a mission to unravel the intricacies of the human experience.

As a recovering perfectionist, I get what it’s like to struggle with chronic anxiety and the ache of relentless self-criticism. It’s seemingly impossible to feel safe if you don’t truly know (or trust) yourself. I aim to offer a warm, judgment-free space for adults and teens to delve into the depths of their inner worlds. Together, we’ll tackle both the seismic shifts of big life changes, as well as the nuances of everyday struggles. We’ll explore the ordinary and the existential moments that weave the tapestry of your life.

Through embodied, holistic, and personalized psychotherapy, my goal is to guide you toward feeling more connected to yourself, more present in your relationships, and more whole-heartedly engaged in a life that’s uniquely your own. The messiness of being human is where the real growth happens, and I’m here to support you on your journey to a more genuine and vibrant self.

How do we do this?

I don't believe in cookie-cutter therapy, so our work will be tailored to your unique needs. Rather than fixing what others (or society) might label as "wrong" with you, our focus is on exploring how your diverse life experiences have shaped who you are, as well as identifying your raw truths that lay beneath the surface.

If you're seeking a quick fix, our work together probably won’t adhere to that rhythm. Just like in nature, growth can’t be forced; rather, it unfolds in its own time. I believe in the beauty of the non-linear healing process, understanding that the strategies you've developed over the years require time and patience to unravel. I create a safe and compassionate space for you to slow down and reconnect to the “you” that exists when the pressure is off and no one is around.

Our sessions? Imagine them as a place where anything goes; where laughter mixes with tears and deep conversations—a unique blend that mirrors the complexity of being human. My clients would say I’m warm, curious, engaged, and direct. I won't tell you what to do—because you're the expert of your own life—but I'll be right there beside you, helping you take a look at parts of yourself that you may be hesitant to embrace.
